Kyle’s strength is in corrective, rehabilitative and lifestyle programming.
As a trained and certified specialist in exercise therapy and proactive postural restructuring, Kyle caters to anyone needing post rehabilitative exercise and injury free training for sports and general health.
STEPHAN BOTHMA
Stephan is a highly qualified personal trainer, Rugby coach and Sports Conditioning trainer. He has an affinity for training kids, all of which deals with hand eye co-ordination, Cognitive skills, balance and biometric anatomy movement.
Stephan has a very experienced sporting background, which benefits him in helping young sportsmen achieve their goals.

MATT CORNELL
Young and energetic with a sporting background and a passion for fitness. Matt has a extensive background with hockey as both a qualified umpire and coach, as well as numerous years of experience. His qualifications in sports conditioning help further elevate his ability to improve a clients speed, agility and quickness.
Variation and fun with a fresh outlook about the importance of exercise and how it should be a way of life to ensure it is sustainable and ongoing, is a large part of his emphasis as a fitness instructor.
